October

"A few days ago I walked along the edge of the lake and was treated to the crunch and rustle of leaves with each step I made. The acoustics of this season are different and all sounds, no matter how hushed, are as crisp as autumn air."- Eric Sloane

Though it has taken some time, I am so glad you are posting again. I think this post is a great start!

If you need some help getting started or are in bloggers block, do one of those things that you do so well. You have a wonderful photograph and a wonderful quote or Bible verse to go with it. Enough said, enough done. That is a knack you have. Not boring at all, and not something you have to struggle with.

You could also continue your childhood stories. You are such a talented writer. I loved the one when you were a child called "I had a dream" from Feb 2009. And also one of the ones on St. Simons where you talk about your granning calling it "dripping". If YOU scroll back through your blog, you are an excellent writer. Do the first things I mentioned and sometimes it tends to produce some magical post and other times, it is just enough.

I miss your posts and hope that you can get back to it, especially as "therapy" for the dreaded winter blahs that you and I share!
